Go to the Forums and select the section you want to post in. Once the page changes to that section, you'll see an Options box to the left. New Thread will be in those options. Please remember to do a search before you start a thread so you don't repeat one that already exists. Btw: There are support threads in the forum, so in future you can refer to them instead.

In the Upload Avatar box, click the Upload button. A file folder for your computer will pop up. Just navigate the files, open the one for your jump drive, and click the image you want. Also, only gif files will work for the avatars.
